Alissa Kosowsky

Alissa Kosowsky has extensive experience in public and community affairs, holding significant positions at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and New York City Transit. Kosowsky served as Acting Director of Activation and Westchester Expansion Manager at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from November 2024 to July 2025, following roles as Public and Community Affairs Manager and Director of External Affairs. At New York City Transit, Kosowsky was Assistant Director of Government and Community Relations, overseeing stakeholder management and public outreach for major transit projects. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Columbia University and a Master’s Degree in Business-Government Relations, Political Polling & Market Research from Harvard Kennedy School.
