Baris Boyraz

Baris Boyraz currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine and as an Assistant Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, both positions held since August 2023, specializing in Breast, Gynecologic, and Perinatal Pathology. Prior experience includes a fellowship in Gynecologic Pathology and Breast Pathology at Massachusetts General Hospital from July 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included sign-out duties, along with serving as Chief Resident in Anatomic Pathology during the 2021-2022 academic year. Baris Boyraz has also contributed to research as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The Rockefeller University from October 2017 to May 2019 and participated in graduate studies as a Visiting Graduate Student at Boston Children's Hospital from August 2014 to July 2016. Baris Boyraz earned an MD/PhD from Hacettepe University, completing the degree between 2009 and 2017.
