Benjamin Miko is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Program Director for Fellowship Training in Infectious Diseases at Columbia University in the City of New York. They have served as an Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since 2012 and are a member of the Health Advisory Group at The Public Theater since 2021. Benjamin completed their education with a Doctor of Medicine from Boston University and a Master of Science in Biostatistics from Columbia University, along with a Diploma in Tropical Medicine & Hygiene from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Previously, they were an Infectious Diseases Fellow at Columbia University Irving Medical Center from 2009 to 2012 and have been a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations since 2018.
