Benjamin Silver

Benjamin Silver, MD, MBS, is an Attending Gastroenterologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. They completed a Gastroenterology Fellowship and an Internal Medicine Residency at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, where they also held the positions of Chief Fellow and Chief Resident. Benjamin is board certified in Internal Medicine and is board eligible in Gastroenterology, with a strong commitment to teaching and providing care to underserved patient populations. They earned their Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University and hold a Master's in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers and a Bachelor's degree from Brandeis University.
