Caroline L.

Caroline L. is a digital health and customer experience leader with a passion for healthcare, partnerships, and health equity. They currently serve as a Strategic Advisor at Redesign Health and hold administrative board member roles at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and as a council member at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Previously, Caroline was a Managing Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies, where they developed global communications programs, and served as Director of Customer Success at Intellihealth Inc. They also gained early experience as an Executive Associate at the United Nations and as a Biotechnology Laboratory Assistant at The Rockefeller University. Caroline holds a BA/MA in Art History from The University of Edinburgh.
