Christopher Robles, MBA, is currently the Director of Food and Nutrition at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, a position held since 2017. Before this, Christopher worked in various culinary roles, including Purchasing/Production Manager at New York Methodist Hospital and Senior Sous Chef at Romano's Macaroni Grill. Christopher began their culinary journey as a Chef De Partie at Ropa Vieja Grill and later served as a Chef at Catholic Health Services. Academically, Christopher holds a Master's in Business Administration from Hofstra University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Kaplan University, and a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Academy of Long Island.
