Donna Wade

Donna Wade is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient services administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Patient Services Administration at Westchester Behavioral Health since May 2023, Wade previously held the position of Senior Patient Services Administrator at New York-Presbyterian Hospital since December 2007, where responsibilities included maintaining high standards of care, addressing deviations in processes, and acting as a resource for staff. Wade’s earlier role as Patient Services Administrator involved representing the Office of the President, liaising with legal and risk management departments, and serving on the Ethics Committee.
