Edgar Toro

Edgar Toro, M.B.A., is currently the Director of Operations at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, bringing over a decade of professional experience in healthcare leadership. They have demonstrated proven clinical and administrative skills, having previously coordinated day-to-day operations at the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center and served as Manager of Neurodiagnostic Laboratories and Epilepsy Centers, overseeing services across multiple campuses. Edgar holds a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Centenary College. Prior to their healthcare career, they served as a Gunners Mate 3rd Class in the U.S. Coast Guard.
