Grace Plackis

Grace Plackis, RN, MSN, NEA-BC, is the Corporate Director of the NYP Transfer Center and Weill Cornell Patient Placement Operations Center at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, a position held since 2021. Additionally, they have served as the Director of the New York Presbyterian Transfer Center since 2012. Previously, Grace worked as the Assistant Director of Bed Management and Transfer Center at Long Island Jewish Medical Center from 2007 to 2012. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing Education, both from Molloy College.
