Joel Stein is currently a Professor and Chair of the Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center, where they have been since 2008. They also serve as Chief of Rehabilitation Medicine at both New York Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical College. Prior to their current roles, Joel was the Chief Medical Officer at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital from 2000 to 2008. Joel earned a Doctor of Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Columbia University.
