Kaitia Charitable, DNP, MSN-Ed, RN-BC, has extensive nursing experience, having served as a Nursing Supervisor at Smithtown Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care from September 2011 to November 2014 and as a Registered Nurse at Northwell Health from December 2014 to May 2019. Currently, Kaitia holds the position of Nursing Administrator at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since January 2023. With a robust background in various critical care settings, including Medical/Surgical Telemetry and Cardiothoracic Critical Care, Kaitia transitioned to leadership roles, culminating in the role of Associate Director of Nursing. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Nursing in Healthcare Systems Leadership and a Master's degree in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Stony Brook University and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
