Laura Screeney, CPRP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Physician Recruitment at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, a role held since February 2016, having previously been the Director of Physician Recruitment. Laura has extensive experience in the physician recruitment field, including serving as President of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters from August 2013 to May 2017 and holding the position of Corporate Director in the Office of Physician Recruitment at Northwell Health from 2010 to February 2016. Additional leadership roles include Board Member of the Northeast Physician Recruiter Association and Associate Editor & Committee Chair for the Journal of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters. Early career roles include positions in physician recruitment at Raymond W Bliss Army Health Center, Southcentral Foundation, and Lifetime Health Medical Group. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Stony Brook University.
