Sarah Lee

Sarah Lee, LMSW, serves as the NICU Family Support Program Coordinator at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, providing direct services and support to families in the level IV NICU since September 2019. Responsibilities include coordinating educational classes, virtual visits, and parent outreach initiatives, as well as leading the interdisciplinary Roadmap team to enhance programs and resources for NICU families. Sarah's prior experience includes serving as Service Coordination Supervisor at the New York Center for Infants and Toddlers, where oversight of service coordinators and involvement in quality assurance activities were key roles. Additional experience includes positions in early intervention service coordination and social work internships, showcasing a long-standing commitment to supporting families and children with special needs. Sarah holds an M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
