Thomas Janow

Thomas Janow is an experienced paramedic and critical care specialist with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving at New York-Presbyterian Hospital since August 2009, Thomas is a full-time member of the Critical Care Transport Team, responsible for the safe transportation of critically ill patients requiring advanced medical interventions. Thomas has held various roles, including Strategic Planning & Compliance at ParaDocs Worldwide Inc., where responsibilities included planning medical coverage for large events and liaising with public safety agencies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Detective 1st Grade at NYPD focusing on computer crimes, as well as working as a paramedic with various NYC Hospital-based ambulance services. Thomas's extensive education includes training from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and the NYPD Police Academy.
