Robert Knott has extensive experience in finance and business management, currently serving as the Regional Business Manager and Manager Finance at Nyrstar since August 2009. Responsibilities include managing all finance-related topics, budgets, forecasts, and financial results to the executive team, along with oversight of accounts payable and receivable, financial accounting, and compliance deliverables. Previously, Robert held the roles of acting Manager Finance and Transformation Manager, focusing on the development and implementation of a multi-year transformation program. As Continuous Improvement Superintendent, Robert managed CI strategies to enhance sustainable business performance and provided financial planning as a Business Analyst. Early career experience includes roles as Company Accountant at Flight Centre Travel Group and Senior Accountant at KPMG Australia, where Robert completed audits and contributed to financial projects. Robert holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Tasmania.
