Liz O'Neill

Liz O’Neill is a seasoned communications and campaign coordinator with extensive experience in legislative functions and social media management. Currently at the New York State AFL-CIO since November 2021, Liz previously served as a social media manager at Mannix Marketing, engaging over 100 clients in developing successful marketing campaigns. Liz's legislative background includes roles as legislative director for Assemblywoman Kimberly Jean-Pierre, where responsibilities included policy research and coordination with advocacy organizations, and as chief legislative aide for Legislator Bridget Fleming, overseeing office functions and community outreach. Liz also gained experience as a field organizer for the Suffolk County Democratic Committee and as a legislative reporter. Liz holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University at Albany.
