Jim Yeske

Jim Yeske is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the electric utility sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director - NYSEG Projects at New York State Electric & Gas since June 2023, Yeske previously held the role of Director - Lines Projects at AVANGRID from September 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Yeske was the Manager - Electric Capital Line Projects at The United Illuminating Company from October 2009 to September 2021, overseeing Electric Transmission projects across several companies. Additional experience includes roles as Sr. Project Manager at UI and as Assistant Project Manager/Scheduler at Black & Veatch, where responsibilities included project oversight and scheduling for significant construction initiatives. Yeske began the career as Project Coordinator at M. DeMatteo Construction Company, focusing on highway and bridge projects. Yeske holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
