Andrew Behan

Andrew Behan is an Information Technology Specialist II at the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) since September 2025, focusing on IT Asset Management and Requisitioning. Prior to this role, Andrew served as an IT Procurement Specialist at WSWHE BOCES from October 2018 to September 2025.
