Hang Fan

Hang Fan has over 14 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Currently, Hang is the Chief Pricing Actuary at the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF), a position held since September 2020. Prior to this, Hang worked at AIG as an Actuary from August 2018 to September 2020. Before joining AIG, Hang served as a Predictive Modeling Analyst at Chubb from July 2016 to August 2018. Hang gained managerial experience at Everest Reinsurance Company, where they were a Manager from March 2013 to July 2016. Hang began their career at Farmers Insurance, starting as a Senior Actuarial Analyst in July 2006 and working there until March 2013.

Hang Fan attended Columbia University in the City of New York from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
