Paul Cappelli

Paul Cappelli is currently working as an Information Technology Specialist 3 at New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) since July 2020. Prior to this, Paul served as a Broadband Specialist/Software Developer and Technical Support Engineer at GTel Teleconnections from November 2018 to July 2020. Paul also has experience as a Proactive Support Representative, Technical Support Analyst, NOC Operator, and Customer Support Analyst at Deep Blue Communications. Paul holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Columbia-Greene Community College.
