Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens has extensive work experience in the field of technology and healthcare consulting. Kevin began their career as a Manager at BearingPoint in 1998 and held this position until July 2009. In October 2012, they joined New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) as a Practice Manager specializing in health information technology. In this role, they helped clients align their HIT goals within the evolving HIT environment. Kevin was later promoted to Director Service Delivery, HIT in October 2016 and became the President of NYSTEC in January 2021. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated expertise in HIT and has contributed to the success of both BearingPoint and NYSTEC.

Kevin Owens attended Albany High School from 1981 to 1985. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Siena College, where they studied for four years from 1985 to 1989. In 1987, they also briefly attended Ealing College. However, no specific degree or field of study was provided for any of these educational experiences.
