Kailey Dicks

Kailey Dicks is currently serving as a Campus Recruiter and Internship Specialist at Nystrom & Associates, Ltd., a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kailey was a Team Leader at the College of Liberal Arts, University of Minnesota Twin Cities, from August 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of undergraduate section leaders and collaborating on the development and analysis of student and staff surveys for the Office of Student Experience. Earlier experience includes working as a Starbucks Team Member at Target from July 2017 to December 2020. Kailey Dicks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2019 and 2023.
