Ama S.

Ama S. is a dedicated professional with a strong background in politics and policy, currently serving as a Politics News Assistant at The New York Times since December 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Policy Intern at Campaign for Our Shared Future and various positions at New York University, notably as an Admissions Ambassador Day Tour Supervisor and a Global Equity Fellow in Madrid. Ama also contributed as an Africa House Bergman Summer Fellow and participated in the PPIA Fellowship Program at the University of Michigan. Additional experiences include working with African Communities Together and serving as a Campaign Fellow for Erik Bottcher's City Council campaign.
