Catal Ormando

Catal Ormando is a dedicated professional in the field of sports management, currently serving as an Assistant at The New York Times since June 2024, where responsibilities include the creation and coordination of journalism-based programs and excursions. With experience as a Content Creator for blitzbreaks and a Front Desk Representative at TMPL Fitness Clubs, Catal has also worked as a Journalist for BetterPool and completed an internship at Hudson River Community Sailing, contributing to service work in after school sailing programs. Catal is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management at New York University, having also studied at the University of Sydney.
