Heather Casey

Heather Casey is a Senior Photo Editor at The New York Times, where they assign and edit photography for the national section. They previously worked as a Photo Editor for Time Inc. Books, where they led the production of a special edition book, and has experience as an Assistant Video Producer at Time Magazine, assisting with major shoots and productions. Heather also gained early experience as a Photography Intern with SKI and Skiing Magazine and served as a Student Manager at RIT SPAS Facilities Cage, managing equipment and training new staff. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photojournalism at the Rochester Institute of Technology, with a minor in Applied Imaging Systems and a concentration in History.
