Max Strasser

Max Strasser is the current assistant editor of the editorial board at The New York Times. Prior to this, Max was an associate editor at Foreign Policy, staff writer at Newsweek, and news editor at Egypt Independent. Max has also worked as a freelance journalist. In 2009, they were an associate editor at Al-Masry Al-Youm English Edition.

Max Strasser's educational career includes completing a Master of Science in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Oberlin College.
