Ryan Darcy

Ryan Darcy is an experienced labor relations attorney currently serving as Counsel for Labor Relations at The New York Times since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held several positions at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, including Assistant Director of Labor and Employee Relations, Labor Relations Executive, and Principal Labor Relations Specialist, where responsibilities included managing bargaining units, collective bargaining, grievance processes, and providing counsel on labor and employment law. Roger's earlier experience includes practicing at Heidell Pittoni Murphy & Bach LLP, offering counsel on medical malpractice and general liability actions, as well as serving as a Labor and Employment Attorney at The Port Authority. Ryan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
