Dawn Ashley

Dawn Ashley has extensive experience in patient access and contact center management, currently serving as the Assistant Director at NYU Langone Health since December 2020. Previous roles include Senior Manager of the Contact Center at Pacific Dental Services and Director of Call Center Operations at International Market Centers, where responsibilities involved leading teams and enhancing event participation. Dawn has also worked as a Contact Center Consultant, Operations Manager at Diamond Resorts International®, and Regional Vice President at TDECU, managing multiple branches and providing strategic guidance. Earlier career experience includes supervisory roles at Western Federal Credit Union and retail management at See's Candies. Dawn holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and a BA from Cal State Dominguez Hills.
