Juan Carlos Rodríguez Olaverri

Juan Carlos Rodríguez Olaverri is a highly experienced orthopedic surgeon specializing in pediatric deformity surgery and scoliosis. Currently serving as the Director of Pediatric Deformity Surgery and Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at NYU Langone Health, Juan Carlos also directs the Early Onset Scoliosis program. Prior to this role, Juan Carlos led the Scoliosis Spine Center at Clínica Corachan and served as a specialist in spinal surgery at the Instituto Aragonés de Traumatología. Additional positions include Director of Spine Services at Maimonides Medical Center and Kings County Hospital, as well as an adjunct professor at SUNY Downstate Medical Center School of Public Health. Juan Carlos holds an MD from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has completed specialized training in orthopedics and spinal surgery at various esteemed institutions.
