Michele Costa RN BSN, CCRN, RN-BC has over 35 years of nursing experience, currently serving as the Sr. Quality Improvement Project Coordinator and Epic Clinical Analyst II at NYU Langone Health since 1988. Michele is a Cupid certified Clinical Analyst and has worked as a Nurse Informaticist, acting as a clinical liaison between end users and the Epic build team. Additionally, Michele has extensive experience as an RN in Adult Intensive Care/Critical Care, Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology Labs, Interventional Radiology, and MRI for both adults and pediatrics. Prior experience includes a role as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at New England Medical Center from 1996 to 1997. Michele holds a BSN in Registered Nursing from Adelphi University, obtained from 1984 to 1988.
