Ran Schwarzkopf M.D.

Ran Schwarzkopf MD, MSc is a seasoned orthopaedic surgeon specializing in joint replacement and preservation surgery. Currently a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at NYU Langone Health since July 2015, Ran has held various academic positions, including Associate Professor at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases and Assistant Professor at the University of California Irvine. Ran's expertise includes hip and knee replacements, patient-specific implants, and computer and robotic surgery. With a substantial foundation laid during residency at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases and a fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Ran's educational background includes an MD and an MSc in Bio-Medical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
