Shruthi Duraisamy

Shruthi Duraisamy is a dedicated cybersecurity professional with a comprehensive background in both practical and academic settings. Currently serving as the Vice President of the Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) JHU Chapter since April 2023, Shruthi has also gained valuable experience as a Cyber Security Intern at NYU Langone Health from June to August 2023. Previous roles include serving as a Course Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University for a Software Defined Networks course, and working as a Cyber Security Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included threat hunting and vulnerability assessments. Additionally, Shruthi completed internships at Tata Consultancy Services and the National Informatics Centre, gaining expertise in security operations and network management. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Security Informatics at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, Shruthi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SRM University.
