Soren Hamby

Soren Hamby, UXC, currently serves as the Head of UX and Senior Manager of UX and Digital Design at Benjamin Moore & Co. since July 2021, focusing on enhancing omnichannel experiences across various digital platforms and leading a diverse UX design team. In addition, Soren is involved with adplist.org as an Accessibility Program Manager and DEI Advisory Board Member, and acts as a mentor for ADP List and a maintainer for The A11Y Project. Previous roles include Lead Product Designer at Mission Lane, where efforts centered on accessibility and equitable finance, and Lead UX Designer at Wunderman Thompson, where Soren prioritized accessibility changes for the Marines Squad Bay app. Soren's educational background includes certificates in Leadership, Diversity, and Inclusion from Cornell University and a Master of Professional Studies in User Experience Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
