Anam Khalid

Anam Khalid, M.S. currently serves as the Assistant Director of Experiential Learning at New York University, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Anam worked as a Project Manager at Purplemoon and as a Project Consultant at Grit Bio, Inc. Anam's experience also includes serving as a Public Health Epidemiologist at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and a Public Health Advisor at NYC Health + Hospitals. Anam has academic research experience from roles at The Mount Sinai Hospital and Hunter College, where research focused on the effects of Curcumin on neurological changes in stressed rats. Anam holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship from Katz School of Science and Health and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology, Studio Art, and Chemistry from Hunter College, along with ongoing education in Cinematography and Film/Video Production.
