Delicia Alarcón

Delicia Alarcón is an experienced educator and program manager currently serving as a Summer Session Instructor at Barnard College, where responsibilities include creating and developing a Pre-Bacc College Summer Seminar Curriculum for students. Delicia also works as a College Advisor and Program Manager at Educational Alliance, focusing on advising high school juniors and seniors on college selection and application processes. As the Creator and Presidenta of Delilingo, a virtual coaching company, Delicia motivates students and provides tailored support in various academic pursuits. Previous roles include serving as an English Teaching Assistant for the Fulbright program, an Academic Counselor at Fairfield University, and a Program Coordinator at the University of Scranton. Delicia holds a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Fairfield University and is pursuing an MA in Experimental Humanities & Social Engagement at New York University.
