Donald Bray

Donald Bray, COL U.S. Army (Ret.), is currently a candidate for a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy at New York University, with expected graduation in May 2026. Bray brings extensive experience from various leadership positions, including Director of Cyber Operations at Raytheon from August 2018 to April 2024, and multiple roles within the U.S. Army, culminating in significant responsibilities such as Acting Cybersecurity Director at the US Army and CIO/Commander of Cyber Protection Brigade at U.S. Army Cyber Command. Educational credentials include a Master of Science from The United States Army War College and a Chief Information Officer (CIO) Certificate from the National Defense University, along with a Master's in Information Assurance from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
