Jeff Capuano

Jeff Capuano has extensive experience in information technology and operations management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President for Global Infrastructure and Operations at New York University since July 2017. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing a wide range of areas such as global infrastructure, network engineering, telecom, cloud systems, business continuity, and student technology centers. Prior to this position, Jeff held significant roles at Yale University as Associate CIO and Director of Support Technologies, and served as Global IT Support Manager at The Stanley Works. Jeff's career began at Pitney Bowes Inc., where various positions were held in IT engineering and user services. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Systems and an MS in Management of Technology from Fairfield University, along with a BS in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
