Kc Lathrop

KC Lathrop is an experienced professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching Interactive Media Arts and ITP courses starting January 2024. KC has held the position of Senior Design Manager at Cisco since May 2021, with previous experience as Chief of Staff to the CIO and UX Designer at IBM from May 2016 to April 2021. KC's academic roles at New York University began in 2015, and include multiple adjunct professorships in the ITP program. KC's earlier experience encompasses customer experience at Harry's Grooming, English teaching and academic management at Embassy CES, as well as roles in community management and literacy coordination with City Year. KC holds a Master’s degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and English Linguistics from DePaul University.
