Kelly Graham

Kelly Graham possesses extensive experience in career development and academic services, having held key positions at several institutions. Notably, at New York University from February 2018 to June 2022, Graham served as Sr. Associate Director and Associate Director of Graduate Student Career Development, enhancing student engagement and career services. Previously, at Wheelock College, leadership as Director of Career Services resulted in significant increases in student outreach and employer participation in job fairs. As Director of Academic and Career Services at the University of Mary Washington, comprehensive oversight of services was provided while focusing on student retention. Prior roles include Associate Director of Academic and Career Advising at Keene State College and teaching as Adjunct Faculty at Germanna Community College. Graham holds a Master’s degree in Career Development/Counseling from The College of New Rochelle and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
