Pema Sherpa is an experienced Trainer, Speaker, and Consultant at Pema Solutions, a firm dedicated to performance training grounded in performance psychology and mindfulness traditions since June 2019. Pema is also a Co-Founder of PEMA+BRENDAN, and serves as Co-President of the New York Chapter of ALUMNAE-I NETWORK FOR HARVARD WOMEN INC since January 2021. As a Mindfulness Researcher at New York University since October 2018, Pema investigates the effects of mindfulness practice on college students' wellbeing. Prior experiences include a summer research internship at The Mind and Life Institute and a research position in a Social Psychology Lab at The New School. Pema holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Hartwick College.
