Robert Sisti

Robert Sisti, MS is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in executive search, talent acquisition, and recruitment strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Manager at New York University since January 2020, Robert has successfully provided full-cycle recruitment support, particularly in Finance, IT, and various ad-hoc areas. Prior roles include Senior Director at The Goodkind Group, Director at Coda Search, and Executive Recruiter at Randstad, where Robert was recognized as the 2013 Rookie of the Year. With additional experience at Forrest Solutions Group, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs, Robert holds a Master of Science in Human Resources & Organizational Development from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Social Work from St. John's University.
