Laethe Coleman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting from 2002, they worked as a Senior Assistant Trader at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) for a year. From 2006 to 2011, they were the Manager of Events and Visual Merchandising at Jo Malone London and Creme de la Mer. Laethe then joined MAC Cosmetics as the Director of Experiential Event Strategy and Execution from 2011 to 2016. Following that, they worked at Anastasia Beverly Hills as the Director of Experiential Marketing and Environmental Design from 2017 to 2018. Most recently, they have been the Head of Brand Design (Offline and Online - U.S.) at NYX Professional Makeup since February 2019.
