Mike Gray

Mike Gray has extensive experience in tax, legal, and governance roles. Currently serving as the Principal - Senior Counsel at NZ Funds, Mike leads the tax function and maintains relationships with external tax advisers and authorities in New Zealand and Australia. Prior to this, Mike held various tax management positions at Feltex Carpets and KPMG Enterprise New Zealand. Additionally, Mike has international experience as a Tax Manager in financial services at KPMG in Ireland, where Mike played a key role in establishing the KPMG legal practice in Dublin. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in fund structures, securitisation, financing transactions, and mergers & acquisitions.
