Tony Young

Tony Young is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in fund management and financial oversight. Currently serving as Senior Funds Management at NZ Funds since March 2021, Tony has held prominent roles including Head of Capital Markets at Stonewood Group and Property Syndication Finance at Erskine + Owen. Previous experience includes a significant tenure as Head of Finance at Tetragon Financial Group Limited, managing financial functions for assets totaling $26 billion. Additional roles include Financial Controller at Trafalgar Asset Managers and Senior Fund Accountant at KBC Alternative Investment Management, among others, demonstrating expertise in NAV tie-out processes and product control. Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Otago.
