Annabel Cotton

Annabel Cotton is an experienced executive with a diverse portfolio in leadership roles across various organizations. Since June 1999, Annabel has served as Managing Director of Merlin Consulting Ltd, and also holds the position of Chair at NZ Growth Capital Partners since January 2021. Additional roles include Director at NZX Regulation from June 2020 to December 2022, Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair at Trust Investments Management Limited from September 2016 to April 2022, and Chair of Hamilton & Waikato Tourism from October 2016 to December 2021. Annabel's expertise extends to community engagement as Deputy Chair of RAW - Reclaim Another Woman from October 2016 to July 2019 and Investment Committee Chair at Momentum Waikato Community Foundation from May 2013 to June 2018. Educationally, Annabel holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting & Finance from The University of Waikato.
