Nicole Buisson

Nicole Buisson currently serves as the Managing Director for APAC at Lightspeed Commerce, a position held since September 2024. In addition, Nicole holds multiple independent director roles at NZ Growth Capital Partners, The Icehouse, and Callaghan Innovation, alongside an advisory board position at Mosaic FSI. Previously, Nicole was the Head of Small and Medium Business at Amazon Web Services and the Chief Customer Officer at Open, a Sydney-based insurtech company. Academic credentials include dual MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School, along with diverse courses in digital marketing and cultural immersion. Nicole’s early education included a BA in Psychology and a BCom in Marketing from the University of Otago.
