Tana van Loggerenberg currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of NZ Growth Capital Partners since July 2021. Prior to this role, Tana held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Mindfull NZ from April 2019 to July 2021 and served as Financial Controller at QUBEdocs during 2019 to July 2021. Tana's extensive experience in finance includes a tenure at Absa, where roles included Chief Financial Officer for Africa Technology and CFO for Enterprise Functions from January 2012 to July 2021. Earlier career experience includes working as an Internal Auditor at FirstRand Group and as an Assistant Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tana's educational background includes an Executive Masters in Positive Leadership and Strategy from IE Business School and degrees from North-West University.

NZGCP was established by the Crown to address the capital and investor capability gaps in New Zealand’s technology start-up ecosystem. We’re building towards a self-sustaining early-stage capital market and partner with other investors to support Kiwi start-up companies and give them the leg up that they need to succeed. To do this, our Aspire fund invests directly into high-growth tech companies at proof of concept, seed, and early expansion investment stages. Whilst Elevate is a $300m fund of funds programme that invests into venture capital funds and is aimed at filling the Series A / B capital gap. We also encourage market development through sponsorship and programme support.
