Chris Morgan

Chris Morgan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, sales, and management. Currently serving as the Director at Mode Performance Coaching since May 2025, Chris specializes in building mental resilience and facilitating strategic decision-making for individuals and teams. As NZR Referee High Performance Coach since January 2014, Chris has enhanced the skills of referees and led the Blues Referee Squad to high performance. Previously, Chris held the Director of Sales and Marketing position at Brandit.kiwi from February 2015 to January 2025 and was a Company Director at Proactive Sports Limited from May 2012 to December 2016. Additionally, Chris served on the board of the Auckland Rugby Referees Association from December 2013 to December 2015 and managed the Safety Source Apparel Division at Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety for over 13 years, focusing on market growth and product development. Chris holds a degree from Massey University and is a Glenfield College alumnus.
