Nick Thodey

Nick Thodey's work experience includes being the Head of Commercial Development and a Commercial Sales Director at New Zealand Rugby. Prior to that, they worked at Cricket Australia for nine years as the Head of Commercial and Senior Commercial Manager. Nick also held the position of Senior Commercial Manager at Melbourne Storm. Before that, they worked at CSM Sport & Entertainment as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing various sponsorship campaigns for Abu Dhabi government and HSBC Middle East's sports sponsorship portfolio. Nick began their career as a TV3 and C4 Marketing and Publicity Assistant at MediaWorks NZ.

Nick Thodey completed their Bachelor of Communications degree in Media, Advertising, TV, Radio, PR, and Journalism from Auckland University of Technology from 2002 to 2004. In 2021, they attended INSEAD for the Developing Emerging Leaders program. In 2022 and 2023, they pursued an Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School.
