Ronan Gogarty-Watson

Ronan Gogarty-Watson is a dedicated performance analyst with extensive experience in rugby and sports science. Currently serving as the Age Grade Video Support Analyst for New Zealand Rugby, Ronan is instrumental in developing analysis workflows for talent identification and providing campaign support for age grade national teams. Additional roles include FPC Head Performance Analyst and Under 19's Performance Analyst with Auckland Rugby Union, where Ronan contributes to performance analysis for various teams. Previous positions include statistics coordinator for Auckland Rugby League and resource analyst with Hurricanes. Ronan has also supported concussion research initiatives and participated in the Women's Rugby World Cup Head Impact Study. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Auckland University of Technology, Ronan is committed to enhancing performance insights across various rugby levels.
